Does the plugin run on my own WordPress?
Yes. It lives inside your own WordPress store. Cryptoway handles the payment side and the payment page — your store stays yours.
How do refunds work?
Crypto payments can't be reversed once they're on the network, so a refund is sent as a new payout from your account back to the customer.
Can I accept several cryptocurrencies?
Yes. Switch on BTC, USDT, ETH and other supported coins in the plugin settings. Which networks are available depends on your Cryptoway account.
Do I need anything extra for security or checks?
Customers never type in card details, so card-security rules don't apply. A live Cryptoway account needs a short business check, depending on your risk and country.
How does the order status update?
